After you recieve a confirmation from Coral Club that your refund is approved, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
All refunds are issued to the orginal method of payment. If an order was partially paid using Coral Club bonuses, than in this case, the refund will be issued to the bonus account first. If the refund amount exceeds the amount that was paid using bonuses, the rest will be issued to your credit/ debit card.

International orders do not qualify for return or exchange options at this time. Exceptions include defective items and shipping errors. Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to additional duties, brokerage, or customs fees.
Delays in customs are possible with every international order, which may affect delivery arrival times. Coral Club has no control over customs fees or delays. You may contact your local customs office to determine customs costs and delivery estimations.
Please check the status of your package on FedEx website using your tracking number to make sure your package was delivered
If you have not recieved your package, please check all possible areas where the delivery person could have left it before claiming the package is lost - backyard, porch, front door, mailroom, concierge.
Most packages shipped with FedEx International Connect Plus are shipped with Signature Request. It means that if recipient is not available at the time of the delivery, the package will awaiting pickup at the nearby FedEx location/ postoffice.
In case all the steps above were followed and you still can't locate your package, kindly contact our Customer Support Team for a potential resolition within 5 business days from the day you reciecved your package.

Parcels are delivered to your address. Orders placed after 12 PM/EST will be processed the next business day.

After paying for the order, you will receive a confirmation letter from the courier service, it must contain the tracking number of the order, use it for parcel tracking on their website.

Jamaica has a duty-free threshold, parcels worth up to 50 USD are duty-free and tax-free. Customs payments are calculated including the cost of delivery.

If your Coral Wallet has bonus points, the option to use them will be automatically selected during the payment method selection step.
If you prefer not to use your Coral Wallet bonus points, uncheck this option, choose your desired payment method, and continue with your order.
PLEASE NOTE! Different countries may have different rules determining how much of your order may be paid using Coral Wallet bonus points.
Group Orders:
Transfer funds from your bonus account to your club member wallet to pay for part or all of a group order. Each member of a group order can transfer bonus points to the club member whose wallet will be used to place the order.
Once transferred, bonus points will be available for online purchases only.
To become a Coral Club Member, you need to be referred by another club member. If you don't have a referral, our Auto-Select system will assign you an experienced Mentor based on your geographic location.
In order to become a Coral Club independent distributor, you need to be referred by an existing distributor and purchase a Distributor Kit.
